The equipment we rent:
We offer competitive prices on the equipment we rent. Our goal is to provide the best service to our customers.
Insurance requirements:
We require ALL customers who want to rent our equipment to bring their Liability Insurance Certificate at the time of rental. If you don't have a COI or Certificate of Insurance available, we have a 3rd party Insurance provider that can help you with a temporary policy that will cover you (the customer) from any liability and damage to the equipment. No equipment will be rented without being insured. No exceptions!
While the equipment is rented, from the moment the equipment is picked up to the moment the equipment is returned, you, (the customer), are responsible for any damage made to this equipment or any damage the equipment caused to others while it was in your possession. For this reason, we require that you insure the equipment for any incidentals at the time of rental. We charge a 15% of the total rental amount for Insurance.
Deposit:
We require a deposit for the equipment and we will put a hold on your credit card for the full amount of the rental. Once you return the equipment, we will refund you any deposit after we inspect that the equipment has been returned in the same condition it was prior renting.
Maintenance:
Our equipment is carefully and properly maintained. We expect our customers take care of our equipment as if it was their own and it is the customer's responsibility to properly lubricate any moving parts that are required on a daily basis. Clean the equipment from any dust and debris that could potentially damage the equipment. If the equipment is returned with debris, mud, dirt that shows poor maintenance, we will charge an extra fee for cleaning and repairs if needed. Use the correct fuel and don't use any additives on our equipment. Some equipment might have moving parts that get loose while you use it, please make sure you check the equipment on a daily basis and tighten any loose nuts, bolts or attachments to assure the safety of the operators, jobsite and equipment.
Please notify us immediately if you notice any mechanical problems with the equipment and do not attempt to repair them yourself unless you have previous approval from US! You will be responsible for any negligence, misuse or attempt to repair the equipment without our written consent.
Rental period:
A daily rental is the equivalent to 8 hours, there will be an extra charge per hour beyond the daily rental.
A weekly rental is the equivalent to 40 hours, there will be an extra charge per hour beyond the weekly rental.
A monthly rental is the equivalent to 160 hours, there will be an extra charge per hour beyond the monthly rental.
The extra hours charge will be calculated based on the type of equipment you rented:
Stump Grinder: $50 per extra hour
Skid Steer: $60 per extra hour
Mini Excavator: $60 per extra hour
Wood Chipper: $80 per extra hour
Grace period:
On a daily rental, you are supposed to return the equipment by end of business the same day or the next business day at 8am at the latest. There will be a 1 hour of grace period in which after that, you will be charged 1/2 a day for 4 hours or for a full day if you go beyond 4 hours of late return.
On a weekly rental, you are supposed to return the equipment on the 7th day at end of business. If the return day is a Sunday or holiday, then you return the equipment the next business day 8am. There will be a 1 hour of grace period in which after that, you will be charged 1/2 a day for 4 hours or for a full day if you go beyond 4 hours of late return.
On a monthly rental, you are supposed to return the equipment on the 30th day at end of business. If the return day is a Sunday or holiday, then you return the equipment the next business day 8am. There will be a 1 hour of grace period in which after that, you will be charged 1/2 a day for 4 hours or for a full day if you go beyond 4 hours of late return.
The equipment we sell:
We buy an sell used equipment on "As Is" condition without any warranty. We do not offer any warranty or grace period on the equipment that we sell. Some equipment we make proper repairs for the parts that we find damaged and replace them with used parts or new parts. We try our best to test the equipment and document the condition of the equipment. Please check the description and equipment condition in our website. You can email us or call us regarding questions about the equipment. We recommend that you inspect the equipment if possible so you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
We are not liable for any issues after the equipment is sold.

Payment method:
We accept Wire Transfers for transactions of more than $2,000 US Dollars. You can make a deposit with a credit card of up to $2,000 US Dollars.
Pickup or Delivery of equipment:
The customer is responsible for the pickup on a timely manner, you have 2 weeks after you made the payment to pick up the equipment. If you haven't picked it up, we will start charging you an storage fee $200 per day.
We can help you getting quotes for transportation of your equipment whether is local or international, we can help you getting different quotes to choose from. You will make final arrangements with the shipping company you choose and we will work with them for pickup or delivery instructions.
